Server access data
When you open this website, technical access data can be processed (for example IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent and protocol data).
This helps us keep the website stable and protect it against abuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests in secure and stable website operation).
Hosting and infrastructure
This website is hosted through infrastructure providers that process data on behalf of the controller.
If processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, it is carried out on valid legal transfer mechanisms (for example EU standard contractual clauses) where required.
Tool usage and uploaded files
Most tools are built to process files directly in your browser.
Permanent storage of uploaded files is not intended by us.
Depending on browser and device behavior, temporary processing in memory or cache can occur on your end.
Local browser storage
To improve usability, the website stores optional local data in your browser (for example recently used tools, favorites and recent searches).
This local storage remains on your device until you clear browser data.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (user-friendly operation and product continuity).
Contact requests
If you contact Useelapp by email, your data is processed to handle your request.
The website contact form prepares a local email draft in your own mail app and does not transmit the message to a custom backend operated by Useelapp.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (general communication).
Storage duration
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or legal retention duties.
Data that is no longer required is deleted or restricted according to legal requirements.
Your rights
You have rights under GDPR, including access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example LDI NRW (https://www.ldi.nrw.de).
Data security
Technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS).
Even with strong safeguards, no online system can guarantee absolute security in every scenario.
