2. Hosting via Vercel
This website is hosted via Vercel. When the website is accessed, technically required connection and server log data may be processed so the site can be delivered, operated reliably and protected against misuse. This may include in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address, referrer URL, browser and system information, access status and transferred data volume.
Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR because there is a legitimate interest in operating this website securely and reliably. Further information on Vercel’s processing can be found in Vercel’s own privacy information.
3. Use of the tools
Elapp is built with a privacy-conscious approach. Where technically possible, the provided tools process content directly in the browser on your device. Permanent storage of uploaded or entered content on this website’s servers is not intended for the available functions.
Depending on the browser, device and file format, temporary technical processing may take place in your device memory. Content is only used to the extent required for the respective function.
4. Contact
The contact page provides a form that prepares your details locally in your email application. The information you enter is not automatically transmitted to a third-party provider unless you actively send the message yourself. You can also contact us directly by email.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR where the contact relates to initiating or performing a request, and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for other enquiries.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website currently does not use analytics, marketing or retargeting cookies. For that reason, a consent banner is not required in the current version.
Where browser-based or session-related mechanisms are technically required for delivery of the website, they are used solely for the secure and functional operation of the site.

No web analytics, tracking, remarketing or advertising services are currently embedded. In particular, no analytics, pixel, tag or retargeting systems are in use.
7. Fonts and icons
Fonts and icons are integrated in a way that avoids unnecessary runtime requests to font or icon CDNs. This supports a privacy-conscious presentation consistent with the platform’s technical setup.
8. Recipients of data
The main recipient of technically required connection data is the hosting provider Vercel. Personal data is not shared with advertising or marketing networks in the current version of the website.
9. Storage period
Server log data is stored only as long as necessary for secure operation, troubleshooting and abuse detection. Content processed locally in the tools is not permanently stored by us. Emails and other contact requests are stored only for as long as required to handle the request or to comply with legal retention obligations.
